50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged immediately.  If payment is not done within 5 days of the booking, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking.

No pets are allowed.

Guests are not allowed to invite other people to the apartment without informing the owners.

Guests are not allowed to organise parties of any kind on the premises, and guests are expected to respect the neighbours and neighbourhood.  Disturbance of any kind, loud noises/music, and smoking inside or in the common parts will not be tolerated.  Common parts are expected to be kept clean at all times.  

Towels and linen are provided.

A security deposit of €250 requested upon arrival and will be returned in full if there are no damages and after an inspection by the owners or any other person entrusted by the owner.

A cleaning fee of €35 applies for every stay.

Children can be catered for. By request we can make available a COT with a mattress and also a HIGH CHAIR.

ECO TAX - 0.50c per adult guest per night, capped at a maximum of 10 nights per stay (i.e.€5.00c per guest) applicable from 20 June 2016. It will be collected from guests upon arrival. This is required by law from all accommodation Providers. Parents/guardians are also required to provide a hard copy of an official identity document of children under 18 years.
